We are a unique and vibrant Backpackers located in the friendly neighborhood of Lombardy west, approximately !5 min away from OR Tambo International Airport. Mikasa Sukasa offers a warm open environment were one can experience our diverse cultures and relax while exploring the city of Gold. Our staff are available 24/7 to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have a very spacious outdoor area with a self serving Caribbean themed bar, pool and wifi to keep you connected to the world.

We offer uniquely themed private en suite rooms, dorms and cabins with a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms include bed linen, towels and coffee/tea facilities.

Mikasa Sukasa Backpackers is centrally located making it quick and easy to go around all corners of Johannesburg. ideally close to the second oldest township Alexandra home to former president Nelson Mandela. A quick township tour should be on your list. Greenstone centre has a variety of restaurants and outdoor activities. 6 km from the global business capital Sandton, Rosebank and Malboro train station. Maboneng the lifestyle playground with hip cafes and a vibrant street life is 20min away.
