There were no locks on any doors, but lockers for bags. Construction on the room started at 8am every day Toilet paper and WiFi were not provided. Staff was very helpful picking me up from the airport late at night, helped me get a SIM card, and changed money for me. Super close to the airport No real atmosphere, guests kept to themselves but there was no common area. Bathrooms were a bit dirty. Neighborhood was pretty rough, I would only stay here if you need a place near the airport.

The worst place we stayed in India. Dirty and horrible - shower didn’t work. Guys at the front hard sell scam you into paying ridiculous prices for taxis into Mumbai. Clearly people only stay when catching flights, which is their business model, but if you can spend even a little bit more I would recommend finding anywhere else - the street even!
