Beautiful old world charm! Casa del Sol was specifically built for backpackers from the ground up. We opened our doors in 2007 making us one of the first hostels in Tulum. So we have experience of what your expectations and needs are to have a great time, We have great recommendations about what activities could be done here during your stay and many ways to make it affordable and adventurous.

Sprawling over 3 stories with huge common areas. We are one of the biggest hostels around making it a lively place to be during the coming high season whether it´s socializing downstairs, relaxing or doing yoga upstairs or watching the universe on the rooftop we´ve got it covered.

Door is locked at night, keys available.

Cook, Read, Relax, Go to the Beach, Shop,...Great place in a quiet neighborhood, but still only 3 blocks from the strip of Tulum Ave. where all the action is. Cafes, Restaurants, Stores, Shops, Discos,...BYOB!
