Your booking can be cancelled for free, if you cancel your booking 48 hours before arrival your deposit will be refunded to your payment method.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and the total of the first night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a no show, your card will be charged for the first night's accommodation total unless otherwise stated above.
Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact the accommodation provider directly with the amended details.

I loved everything about my stay! I have a physical disability and I was traveling alone. All areas were super accessible and the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my requests, including safely storing my medication in the fridge at the reception/bar. I traveled by car and there are two disability parking spots right in front of the entrance. The room was spacious and clean and most of all quiet, as you couldn't hear a sound coming from outside (the building is on a busy street).

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they showed us our way to the concert venue. They kept our luggage before the check-in for free. Overall, it's a good, clean and quiet hostel.
