Hostel Mandala Anjuna

Check in was a nightmare. Arrived around 1130PM. Hostel security guard didn't let me walk into the reception area. He had to call his boss to verify that I made a reservation. Boss took forever to find my reservation then hung up. Upon checking in the staff barged into the 4 person room, turned on the lights and gave me a very loud tour. Having no regard for the guest. I had to apologize to each of them the next morning. Had to force staff to give me a sheet and turn on the ac.

I cannot rate this hostel more highly. Staff super friendly and super helpful. They keep the place immaculately clean. If you are looking for a party hostel Mandala is not for you. But if you are looking for a hostel that’s peaceful, an Oasis away from the hustle and bustle this is definitely the place for you. I noticed one guest from the YSA gave this hostel a 2. I met him. He was causing trouble from the start not accepting the hostel has night security to keep everyone safe. It’s not unreasonable for a

Heading to Anjuna? Stay at Hostel Mandala! Chill vibes, great people, and just a 2-min walk to the beach. Super duper clean, cozy, with awesome common areas-garden, terrace, and lounge spots. Fast Wi-Fi for remote work! The Staff? Amazing-always helpful. Simple but delicious breakfast & the cutest resident cat - Dusty, who might just steal your heart. Security is great, with lockers & night guards. Perfect for solo travelers, digital nomads, or anyone looking for a great stay. 11/10 Recommend!
