Such a great place to stay! Ali - the host - is outgoing, kind, and helpful and makes you feel very at home. He gave us great recccomendations and advice during our time in Srinagar and Kashmir. Rooms and beds are spotless + comfy, with a great outdoor space to relax. We loved it so much we came back a second time :) Thanks Ali!

I stayed at Johns Homestay twice during my time in Kashmir. Ali was super helpful & was always available to give advice or recommend places to visit/eat.The scenery is amazing & there are so many beautiful experiences to be had. His family were so welcoming & friendly.. the shared breakfast in the morning was such a great experience. the dorms & bathrooms are clean & tidy. it's a little distance from Srinagar city but I liked being away from the crowd & enjoyed walking around

Stayed here multiple different times and loved everything about it! The whole family is so welcoming and makes your stay extremely comfortable. Ali is so knowledgeable on the area and surrounding areas! He gave me great recommendations on things to do and was so happy with everything! Had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!
