A bit disappointed given the overall rating of this hostel was high. We arrived at 2pm, well within the check-in hours, but waited around 2 hours to do so. Then, despite having a booking for the private room, we were told it wasn’t available and given beds in two different hostel rooms. Staff weren’t attentive at all, we were told by another hostel member where to go and find them. The actual hostel was okay, had a nice balcony but the bathrooms weren’t clean at all. It was okay for one night.
