People making noises at 2 am Bathroom very dirty and smelly even after cleaning Broken forniture and no or very very little space as wardrobe for your stuff (luxury room). WiFi not working at all - notified the personel but nothing was done in 3 days. Confusion and leak of communication with the stuff. I’ll leave at 7 pm from the hostel as my flight is in the evening, check out is at 12 pm and they want even extra money because they can keep the stuff only for 2 hours. Book somewhere else.

The staff were awful and ruined the whole experience. Firstly, they made me leave my passport with them at the desk. I thought that was a bit weird but some places do that, I went and put my bags upstairs and then when I came back downstairs my passport was just sitting on the desk (no staff in attendance). If you’re going to take someone’s passport, it at least needs to be locked up securely somewhere. Nowhere to store my bags, was told I couldn’t wait inside after checkout. Showers stank
