I stayed at Napoli Hostel and was genuinely impressed. The rooms are not just hostel rooms — they’re hotel-level, spacious, and even come with comfortable sofas. Gem, the owner, is truly wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and always proactive in helping guests with anything they need. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. She also organizes amazing tours around Cat Ba and Ha Long Bay at unbeatable prices, and they’re honestly best.

L'ostello é pulitissimo, i letti sono molto comodi e le camere hanno un divanetto per socializzare! Gem é simpaticissima e sempre disponibile ad aiutare per fare avere un fantastico soggiorno e un'esperienza indimenticabile a Cat Ba.

Highly recommend hostel... this hostel is so cheap compared to the service, cleaning and availability they give. Gem, the owner, is always available to accomodate your needs. breakfast is included and is very good, the place is always clean and very central. Rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is new. All perfect!!!
