Don’t stay here!!!! First we waited forever to check in. Eventually we got beds. We booked 10 person dorm, got 18. When we waited to check in there was a line behind us. We went to eat and then went back to find out those two were not getting a room there. Also found out that 4 other people got kicked out so we could have their bed. They literally just took their stuff out. One toilet. Dirty, no air quality, the toilet leaked out into the bathroom floor where we showered. Worst experience!

Had a lot of difficulty checking in after taking the 7 hour bus ride from Ha Giang. We arrived at 2am and it took over an hour for the reception to get us in a room. He was unable to see our booking through hostel world although we had confirmation emails. Beds were comfortable but very small and stuffy in the rooms.

Good value for money. The bathrooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. The staff were amazing. They didn’t speak any English but were very polite and helpful and we used Google translate to communicate. I accidentally left my shoes at this hostel and they sent them on a bus to Hanoi the same day I contacted them. They were very helpful. Recommend
