Yposkafon Caves Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the whole amount of your stay. You will receive a payment tag 5 days before your arrival according to our cancellation policy to complete the payment of your booking.
Failure to complete payment within our cancellation policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 08:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit, debit cards and Paypal.

City tax is 3 euro per night per person and needs to be paid at check in in cash.

General Rules:

We kindly ask that you follow these policies:

Respect Sleeping Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise in the dorm rooms, hallways, and communal areas during this time to respect those who are sleeping.

No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel, including the dorms, private rooms, kitchen, and living room. Please use the designated smoking area outside.

Clean Up After Yourself:
Whether you use the kitchen, bathroom, or any communal spaces, please tidy up after yourself. Make sure to wash your dishes, wipe down surfaces, and leave the area as clean as you found it.

Laundry Etiquette:
Please do not leave laundry unattended in the communal areas or machines. Once your laundry is done, promptly collect it to allow other guests to use the facilities.

Dorm & Room Information:

4 Female Dorm: Shared accommodation, please be respectful of your fellow guests' belongings and space.

Private Standard Bedroom / Private superior bedroom : For those looking for a more private experience.

Communal Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen, but remember to clean up after yourself and store food properly.

Communal Living Room /Dorm Bed area: Relax and enjoy, but please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during sleeping hours.
