Ocean's Guesthouse - Foreigners Only

Nestled in Seoul, Ocean's Guesthouse is an exclusive retreat for foreigners, positioned within 2.3 km of Hongik University Station and 2.5 km from Hongik University. Our guesthouse offers air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom, along with a shared kitchen and lounge area. Enjoy complimentary WiFi during your stay. We are a non-smoking establishment, and we're located 5.1 km from Ewha Womans University.

Each room is thoughtfully appointed with a kettle and a fridge, and guests have access to a shared bathroom complete with a shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Yeongdeungpo Station is a 5.7 km journey from us, while Seoul Station is a bit further at 7.2 km. Gimpo International Airport is conveniently 12 km away.

Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: 16:00 to 22:00. For anyone checking in after 22:00, we provide self check-in. However, self check-in is only available to guests staying for two nights or more.
(1) Only passports, alien registration cards, and military IDs are accepted.
(2) If you are planning to arrive after 22:00, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.
2. Check-out time: 00:00 to 12:00 noon.
3. Cancellation policy: 1-day advance notice for free cancellation.
- In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
4. Payment: Cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) upon check-in.

8. Smoking policy: Strictly non-smoking throughout the entire property, but there is a smoking area outside.
9. Child policy and Extra bed:

10. Age restriction: The minimum age to check in is 18. Anyone under 18 years old requires a letter from their parents and a document proving their relationship.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Reception working hours: Between 10:00 and 22:00.

*Adherence to the rules and regulations of Ocean's Guesthouse is mandatory for all guests. Any guest found to be in violation of our guesthouse policies will be subject to immediate removal from the premises without any eligibility for a refund.
