Welcome to our Cozy Dorm by Lushstay

Located in the centre of Hanoi, our dorm is a quiet and convenient place to rest your head after enjoying the best of Hanoi.

We are just a 2 minute walk from Hanoi Central Trian Station so we are also perfectly located to relax after a long train journey.

Each bed comes with a personal locker and bed storage underneath the bed.

We also have additional bag storage with a security camera for peace of mind.

L'Hanoi Train Station Hostel by LushStay è convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ideale per soggiorni brevi o per viaggiatori che necessitano di facile accesso. Alcuni ospiti hanno trovato il processo di check-in e la comunicazione con il personale un po' difficili, e la pulizia è stata un problema per alcuni.

The owner was sometimes hard to get in touch with, but was helpful when they finally replied. When me and my friend arrived, there was only one bed left. We got upgraded to a private without any extra cost, because it was their fault, but we had to move to another building 10 minutes away. Later, they told us that we had to leave our passport and cash at the room, because it seems that they don’t have a reception. But we had already left, and it was very hard to communicate with them about it.

Odd check in process, couldn't find instructions but lucky the door was open and I found another person who was staying there. They also had issues checking in. I called what's app number and sent photo of passport to check in. nice and close to train station, I checked in for a shower before overnight train. would do for overnight stay but unsure about longer stay.
