Lydia was amazing and helped me soooo much with planning things to do when my WeChat account wouldnt work. She also helped me when I needed to refund and reschedule an event, and was great overall! The location of this place is great even though the address and name are listed wrong.

I stayed here for two nights, and would never stay here again. There is NO SOAP in the bathrooms, or towels to dry your hands. Bathrooms are dirty and almost always out of toilet paper (because everyone uses them as hand towels). The rooms are dusty and small with no luggage space. Staff spoke english and when asked about the soap and towels we were told that “sadly they cannot provide those”. Would never stay here again.
