* Smoking: Not permitted in rooms (designated smoking area provided)

🔁 Cancellation Policy
* Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.

* Full Moon and festive periods: Bookings that include any of the Full Moon Party dates in 2026 are non-refundable (January 3, February 2, March 3, April 2, May 1, May 31, June 29, July 29, August 28, September 26, October 26, November 24, December 24, December 31).

If the property does not receive payment, the booking may be cancelled.
