Cancellation policy
Standard Booking:
You can cancel your booking free of charge until 1 day before arrival day. Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 11:59 p.m. CET on the day of arrival (including no-shows) will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the booking amount.

Non-refundable booking:
Property will charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. If your card is invalid, property will contact you for new card details. If you don't provide those details, property is entitled to cancel your reservation.

The place overall was good on this price. The room was clean and the staff were so nice + helpful. The location was safe and it was just next to the tram + metro station which are going directly to the city center

No wifi for our entire 4 night stay. Refused to give any refund or compensation. Staff didn’t know anything and were not helpful. Dirty rooms, weird smell, bathroom leaking from ceiling.
