requested multiple times to replenish the shampoo/shower gel, hand gel, also washroom cleaning wasn't done even once in whole 3 day stay. Linen change was also required, no request were fulfilled.

I booked a dorm bed and got my check-in a little later than the official time, which was completely fine. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and I found hair in the corners. After I informed housekeeping, they cleaned it again, and I appreciated their quick response. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very budget-friendly. My only suggestion is that the reception team could be more welcoming by sharing some basic information about the city to create a better atmosphere.

Hosteller bam has surprised me tbh. The amenities and the services are top notch. The property itself looks like a haveli specially the terrace. In short it has the facilities of a top notch hotel along with the fun and community of a good hostel. One of the best washrooms in any hostel, good food in the cafe, digitilised web check-in/ and order for room or washroom cleanup makes your life easier. If that's not enough, the staff are always there for your need and safety. Good work guys
