- One parking place reserved for our guests available on the side of the building, several private garages (24 hour surveillance) in the vicinity
- Big private terrace and garden for barbecue or lunch
- proximity of restaurants, fast foods and coffee shops – famous Bascarsija – old Turkish center with its oriental specialties is on short walking distance; grocery store, pharmacy, hair dresser, coffee shop are very close.

Just across the river there are: post office, various banks, supermarkets, travel agents, beauty center, gym, etc.
