Website ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE. inesistente pure la struttura. ho fatto dei video che lo dimostrano, entrando nella struttura che è probabilmente fallita. Nessuna risposta da hostel world. Terribili. Sono arrivato per il check in, e invece ho dovuto trovarmi un altro albergo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dove tra l'altro Hostel world mi aveva già fatto pagare, poichè la cancellazione era fino al giorno prima ma ovviamente non potevo immaginare non ci fosse l'ostel

I booked through the hostel world app but on arrival they could not find my booking as they ‘had no access to the app login’ The staff were very unhelpful and merely implied that I had not booked properly an that I was the one who could not find my booking. I had to wait for over 45 minutes to check in. There was a distinct lack of communication whilst they tried to find it. They did not understand that the app takes a deposit and pretty much demanded I pay implying that I was refusing to.

I saw tons of bad reviews on this place but my room was large and very nice. The directions for check in were simple.call the number and the guy set me up in less than two minutes. I put security low because you can basically move freely in the building whether you are booked or not but its such a small town and in was easily able to lock my room door. There were all the facilities one could want. It looks like it gets cleaned more of convenience than a daily routine but overall good stay thanks
