La prima notte che sono arrivato mi hanno dato la stanza sbagliata, in più la DOCCIA NON FUNZIONAVA. Il giorno dopo mi hanno dato la camera che avevo prenotato, dopo una giornata di mare, vado a farmi la doccia e all’interno non erano presenti nemmeno gli asciugamani. Lo staff a dir poco assente, ma soprattutto il ragazzo di colore che stava alla reception, TOTALMENTE INDISPENSABILE. I pagamenti con carta praticamente non li accettavano, il pos era sempre “fuori servizio”. PESSIMO SERVIZIO.

Careful when staying here. It is an ok place to spend a night bc there's not much choice in Punta Cana. I paid in cash on arrival plus 2000 DOP key deposit. The reception didn't have any change but said I would get it the next morning together with my key deposit. I didn't get either. Also no receipt ofcourse. So if you stay here make sure to document or film all the payments so you have a solid case for the police in case they try to do the same thing to you. Only time this happened in 6 mths.

The staff took a while to arrive for check in, and everything was a bit unclear. The woman at check out seemed to know better than the people the day before. Room was nice, lots of storage ans bathroom was very clean.
