Leevin Stay Hostel Dublin

No hot water. kitchen doesn’t have stove or oven. Not a social hostel at all. Communal area was filled with drunk old men screaming. No security. If your a young women I would say to not stay here. It did have foosball which was fun!

Do NOT stay here. No hot water in showers, had to fill up water bottles with hot water from the sink because 99% of the time the showers don’t have hot water. My outlet and light in my bunk did not work my entire 6 night stay, and I found bugs in my bed. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen, and you can only microwave and refrigerate. The environment is awful and dirty and it’s very cold throughout the building. If you are a young woman, don’t stay here. The staff were nice though.

There is no double glazing so it won't be warm in the winter. Showers are downstairs in the basement. Get in early or your shower will be cold! They are renovating so there are no signs ANYWHERE. I suggested the staff put up temporary paper signs and although it was accepted as a good idea, they didn't give a F. Breakfast is a joke. Kitchen staff don't have a clue. 5€ for a croissant and a coffee, not even an egg . That's breakfast? That must be an Irish breakfast.
