소개

My Maison is located in the Esquilino district, in the heart of Rome.
The rooms are all personalized and furnished with style. The spacious apartment is located on the first floor, and consists of 6 rooms + shared dining area.
Guests will have access to their private room and shared rooms.

In our structure there is no reception, ALWAYS ENSURE TO LEAVE THE CONTACT BY WHATSAPP ON HOSTELWORLD, The check-in instruction will be sent one day before on your Whatsapp number or email! For emergency pls always contact the number provided in the confirmation email.

Those who do not complete the online check-in will pay € 30 to be met in person.

My Maison 109 Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged all the fee of the reservation.

Check in from 14:00 to 00:00.
Check out from 06:00 to 10:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This Property may pre-authorise your card before the arrival.

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 5 EUR per person per night
Breakfast not included.

No reception (You can register online immediately after booking.The guest receives an email with a link and instructions for online check-in)
No curfew.
Child friendly. We allow child to book with parents/guardian into Private Room.
Non smoking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was cleaned every day and staff were really friendly. The location is great with walking distance to coloseum etc. It’s also close to metro station (100 meter). Its also walking distance to Termini central station if you come by train, we did find the Termini area is a bit shady during night tho.

Inside, we felt really good and safe, multiple locked doors to get inside. The outside (the city) felt a bit shady, it was very hard to find nice and secure parking around it. (We recommend Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese; it is 5 metro stations away, but it is very worth it and it feels really safe. We did not feel like we had to worry about leaving our car there) Overall, we really recommend this place as it has a very good quality/price ratio.

My Maison 109 was the best accommodation I encountered at the 3 different places I stayed while in Rome. Primarily because their listing reflects the actual accommodations they provide. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, even including a wide balcony. The a/c worked properly the entire stay. Self check-in was ideal. The location is steps from the Manzoni metro stop, making excursions & airport travels easy. Ristorante Birreria Pizzeria Galilei was the perfect local bite in the vicinity.
