At Habana Frente al Mar, we strive to offer our guests a relaxing and worry-free stay by clearly outlining our policies and conditions. Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, but if you cancel late or don't show up, the first night of your stay will be charged.
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM until midnight, giving you plenty of flexibility to arrive when it suits you, while check-out runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For payments, we accept bank transfers if completed before arrival, and cash payments at check-in—but please note that credit and debit cards are not accepted. Taxes are already included in the price, though breakfast is not. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day to assist you whenever needed, and there's no curfew, so you can enjoy the vibrant spirit of Havana at your own pace.
