Located at a 19th century Corn Mill situated just outside the seaside town of Buncrana and on the banks of the Crana river. The hostel is on the main tourist trail, the Inishowen 100, which is rich and diverse in heritage, culture and natural archaeology. The stunning beaches only minutes away are ideal for swimming and surfing. The lively town of Buncrana is a 10-minute walk with a range of shops and pubs, many playing local music. Opened in March 2006 we have 52 beds in total, 2 large dormitories, and 5 family / mini dormitories all with en-suite shower rooms and toilet facilities. The hostel has a large bright self catering kitchen and dining area. If you'd like to enjoy your food out in the Donegal air, have a picnic in our mature garden along the banks of the Crana River. The hostel is community owned so it's nice to know that when you stay you are also making a direct contribution to the local community too. The Mill is the perfect location to stay, relax and to explore the spectacular Inishowen Peninsula. A warm welcome awaits...
