The location is great, but only if you have a car. Otherwise, the public transport (and taxis) aren’t worth it due to cost and lack of frequency alone. Great place to disconnect from city life though. Make sure to bring food and everything though, because it truly is ages away from a shop.

This was a little gem in the countryside. The host was extremely friendly and my room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The following day, I was allowed to stay in the hotel for a few hours after checkout as I was waiting for a lift. I highly recommend this hostel and especially for anyone walking the Kerry way.
