Great hostel close to the main attractions in Sepilok. It’s great that breakfast is included and the menu is reasonably priced but at 35 RM the lunch buffet is expensive. Dorms had good AC but really need more comfortable mattresses/pillows, lamps, curtains around the bunks and lockers. Bathrooms were pretty clean and tidy aside from the sinks. Not much of a social vibe but that’s to be expected. Thanks to the lovely staff member who made me a free iced coffee and shoutout to the cute cats!

Cheap place to say but people in the dorm rooms seem to be second class citizens. The included breakfast is either leftovers in the cold buffet pans from the bus trips, or just cereal or toast then on my last day I got a full breakfast. Very hit and miss but the restaurant food is good and all the staff are fantastic. Great location to do the RDC night walk as you can just walk there and it's an easy walk to orangutans and sunbear too. Use the umbrellas provided to shade from the sun and rain
