The attitude of the staff is very good, but the price of washing clothes is not transparent. At the beginning, they quoted me 15/kg. I have 4kg clothes, and I need to spend 60. This is simply too expensive. When I proposed to wash by hand, they gave me I was quoted 30, which is not cheap, and faced with a pile of dirty laundry, I accepted it.

They don’t allow people to take a shower when they arrive at night? Water issues? Cmon. Charged me 20 myr for a 3 -minute ride from the highway to the hostel (1.6km). Such an awkward vibe when no one smiles, everyone looks at you like “what are you doing here?” Of the people in the premises, no one could be bothered to help me at check-in. No running water, you cannot even wash your hands (at night). No soap in the showers. You say “put your sanitary wipes in bin” but there’s no bin. Incompetent
