Great location close to bus terminals and great places to eat,receive keys so you have self entry to building,hot water showers work,clean comfortable beds,Wifi decent,fair price for underated city

Tony was lovely. My room did not lock from inside, the bathroom floor had A LOT of hair that wasn’t mine. The toilet water had to be turned on/off each time to fill the tank. The patio is still closed. Upon inspection, I don’t know why?? The host & location are the best it’s got going for it. Tony really was nice enough to share local suggestions which was great but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location and the host Tony was friendly and informative! I came to Cuenca with no plans and he gave me a bunch of ideas for an itinerary. Thanks to him I had an amazing trip. The private room and bathroom was a really good deal as well. Would love to return!
