Delightful hostel, very kind staff, great location off the Shimanami Kaido with access to the beach, local onsen, convenience store, and several A+ restaurants. Loved it

Not social and the kitchen area is small, cold and outdated. But the rooms were very nice and clean and staff was very kind. Out of the way but great onsen nearby. All dinner closes very early so make sure you eat before 7PM.

If you’re doing the Shimanami Kaido, it is a little off track but the fantastic service makes it absolutely worth it !! Not only is it located in the best part of the island (which is easy to miss if you don’t stay there), the hospitality is top notch! It makes for the perfect stay between days on the ride, and gives you the perfect opportunity to explore more of Ohmishima Jsland
