Stayed in a private room - very basic but did the job. Really good location for full moon and was fun for songkrat but on the nights nobody went out it was still so loud the room was shaking, but there wasn’t even anyone at the bar.

the hostel is good for the price point but, the room is rather minimal and the shower was constantly cold, right over the toilet which had rather a constant smell. the hostel itself is not in a terrible location but when it is not full moon season there is not very much to do- the hostel does not allow outside food or drink in common areas claiming it has a bar, which it does, it is just not stocked or staffed this meant that often we would get taxis which are more expensive than other islands
