I had to check out early due to an active bed bug infestation across multiple rooms. Upon checking in, I found live bed bugs on the walls and furniture in Room 0.13. Reception moved me to Room 0.17, but failed to quarantine Room 0.13 or notify the other guests sleeping in that room.
