Really nice hostel, nice firm bed, close to the airport, shops and cafe a few yards away, will stay there next time I'm flying, friendly staff, so helpful, good aircon, en suite and cheap

Worst accommodation EXPERIENCED 1. Tired, wet, sick, 1,5 days traveling, I arrive - the reception area is a storage shambles, literally no one to receive & check-in. 2. Heavy luggage 2 flights of stairs, knocking on dorms until someone opened & took me to this young lady at the grocery store . 3. Owner lady comes, refuses to let me in until I pay a key deposit. I asked if I could leave the luggage in the room for safety (& collateral) & to find an ATM. She said no but I can I cancel -4pm -how?
