Nílu was a great stay. The hostel was lovely, clean and had a nice vibe right by the water with music playing by the pool. It was a little quiet but we were happy as we didn’t want a party hostel. The restaurant was ok, nice to have the option there but there were some really nice restaurants 2 mins walk from the hostel anyway so you aren’t short of food options. Having the kitchen was also handy. Overall I’d definitely stay here again the staff were nice and rooms were comfortable.

Great location, short walk to Oxxo and food and the beach. The grounds are beautiful, with a huge pool and nice grassy area overlooking the lagoon. The 10 bed shared room had no privacy, and only a really small shelf. The lockers were an okay size and it was lucky I was the only person with a suitcase, as there wasnt much space for things like this. We had to pay a 600 peso cash deposit on arrival that we didnt know about. This place is ridden with mosquitoes and they do nothing to prevent it.
