Very good value for money. Location is great (if you want a quiet place to crash with good public transport options nearby). If you want to socialize, well there's no room to 'hang out' - but this is a definite plus for me, since I'm a (gasp!) middle-aged traveler. Definitely a good choice in Asakusa - a part of Tokyo I greatly prefer to the more central locations. I don't really understand the negative reviews on google etc - did they check the price?
