Such a lovely and helpful staff. Very close to the south Cotopaxi entrance with a great view with the clouds cooperate. Not much directly around it so just come prepared, but they offer all meals on site with a family dinner each night if you want to partake. A very nice touch! A couple puppies were hanging around too so that was a great highlight.

Great property, great facilities, great staff. Evelyn was lovely and very helpful. Hostel is a little ways out of the national park but still easy enough to get to. We were unlucky with the weather so didn’t get much of a view of the volcano. So if you want a view be mindful of the season you visit. With this still, we had a great time staying at Cuscungo. It has a very homely feeling.

I only stayed here one night but I absolutely loved it. Social but not party, having dinner and breakfast together is lovely, and then hanging out playing games near the fire place. Good location for Cotopaxi and the main road for the busses. It's quite cold because of the location but the blankets and fire are warm. Great (weather dependent) view of the volcanoes. I wish I had time to stay here longer.
