Poor upkeep of electrical plug inside room being rented for 3 days. Receipt obtained but not produced through usual computer check in; required Whats app messaging. Reservation was booked for 1 day, not 3 days as registered by Hostelworld. Bathroom and room were clean. Key with lock kept room secure. Kitchen was older but well stocked. No safe to secure passports. Neighbour’s Barking dog occasionally woke us up early at 6:30 am. Otherwise centrally located, note: walking up a steep road.

I had a great 4 nights stay at One Love. The location is really great because it’s just 10 minutes walk from the city center yet it’s quiet and has a great view from most rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful and helped me with shuttle to the airport as well as a ride to the Salvation Tunnel. There’s a little covered terrasse outside the hostel. There’s a bathroom on each floor. The house is very homey. A great place to discover Sarajevo from at a budget.

The place was adequate. It wasn’t too far from the centre but you have to climb an extremely steep hill that got very tiring and made going to and from not simple. There is a kitchen but quite small. There’s lockers and the bathroom is ok. Staff are nice. Was very quiet.
