Really enjoyed my stay here. Its a cool hostel, with big double bed bunk beds. The hostel manager Vanessa is super helpful and accomodating. Good location, walking distance to everything.

price was 2x what i like to pay for the same amenities but maybe that’s cuz riobamba is smaller? the breakfast was AMAZING (eggs, bread, yogurt, coffee) although ended a little early. The door to our room wouldn’t lock or close and the motion sensing lights in the hallway kept turning off which rlly annoyed me. Showers were hot but the toilet clogged one day. beds were HUGE w individual reading lamps and only 4 ppl per room was nice.

We stayed at hostel Villa Bonita for 2 nights in a private room. The room was nice and spacious. The bathrooms were okay, the showers downstairs are much better than the electric ones. The common space downstairs was super cosy with hammock and nice seats. Not social, didn't meet anyone while there but I don't think it was a busy time and it was rainy season. The kitchen wasn't great, there were no spices or oil for cooking and it was a bit difficult to control the flame on the stove.
