The managers were absolutely delightful people, some of the kindest, most welcoming, accommodating individuals we have met. There were few bathrooms so we found it better to shower in the afternoon/evening, mornings seemed like a waiting game. Showers weren’t particularly clean. Many long termers in their own cliques, seemed reluctant to socialise. Kitchen was a mess as many residents didn’t respect rules sadly. However the beds and bedding were so comfortable and we slept very well. Garden nice

Poor customer service from the owner, you are threatened by fines and the facilities are poor. Reception hours are un realistic and after hours check in is poor, I had to stay elsewhere due to lack of communication but still charged for a nights stay.
