Very dirty and unclean, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and doors did not lock and were decently exposed to the outside. I felt very unsafe and I comfortable.

Although the property itself was clean as were the facilities, the bedroom door did not lock and therefore we felt less comfortable during our stay due to the hostel being on a main street. Although the hostel said that the main door to the building locks in the evening until the morning between certain hours, this didn’t happen the doors remained open and accessible to anyone which added to unsafe feeling we had to our hostel room not locking.

Shocking service from the individuals at this place. The man who worked there seemed completely disinterested and unwelcoming. He initially sent us to the DIFFERENT location claiming that “they were full of rooms” and then at the next location was told that this was a mistake and to go back. He was completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed at us even. The room was not good for the price… been travelling for a while and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this
