I had a great stay. I was met with a friendly and warm welcome by Sarah (small) blonde hair. She was lovely and very helpful with giving me a map of the city and recommendations for breakfast and the castle area. Also by kindly showing me how to enter after 11pm. Also very grateful of the offer of fresh cold water in this weather was greatly appreciated. My bed was clean and comfortable, locker was spacious under my bed, bathroom was clean. I had a mojito in the bar downstairs, great service.

First of all, the staff were brilliant. Sara especially really when the extra mile, and was very caring and accommodating. I also got upgraded to a four bed free of charge. The location was brilliant too. However, the place could improve with hand towels in the bathrooms, a 24/7 reception (without your key you can’t access past 9pm, something that could cause an issue), and probably curtains on the beds. Nice optional improvements would be a bar open later, as the atmosphere wasn’t brilliant.
