There was a guy in our room who didn’t shower or clean his clothes, so the room was very smelly and unpleasant. We had to sleep with the window open; otherwise, it was impossible to sleep. I loved it when I arrive however this was the most traumatic and horrible stay. I had a creepy man in my room make advances towards me then get completely naked in front of my bed when I came back from the bathroom. When I went down to the reception distraught, they completely dismissed the situation and refused my request for a refund (as I was not about to sleep up there). They additionally did not remove the man from the hostel. Crazy responses c from a hostel that has kids there too
