The staff is pretty unhelpful. They wrote the code to the door (to come inside the building) wrong, the luggage area is pretty much 6 small cubbies that fit only a backpack and any other luggage is kept in the same place open to the public and right in front of the door. My backpack got stolen while it was there and the staff said they would check the cameras and let me know and never did and when I asked again they said I would need to go to the police station to make a report so they check the cámara minu

I’m an older, solo, female traveller. Hostel was disgusting - mould in the sleeping area, bathroom, toilets, and stairwell. Bathroom area stank. Was allotted a bunk in the Boy’s Dormitory (reserved a mixed), I was told that it was a mixed but the label hadn’t been updated. The guy at the reception took great pains to explain what a mixed dorm meant. Staff were unhelpful. Close to metro and busses. Would not recommend - slightly better than the Hostel World hostel in Phoenix, AZ.
