Me and a friend checked in together and they were unable to put us both in the room we had booked however on the same night another guest checked into the same room so we were split for our 5 night stay. We did query with reception staff but they were very confused about which beds are free and taken. Bit of a strange vibe from some of the people in the dorms, I think that some people are living in the hostel. The beds offer no privacy at all. No keys given so dorms unlocked at all times.

The location is really good as it's just a few minutes walk in a safe neighborhood to the main Miraflores square and the coastal parks. When we arrived the receptionist spoke decent English and our rooms were ready straight away. i was struck by how quiet it was, but I think it's just the time of year. Our room had 2 beds, both doubles. I thought we'd checked for bunks before booking but we made do. There wasn't much of a view but there was a fan. No towels!
