The new management nailed it … always clean, great vibe, and perfect location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! Highly recommend!

This place was dependent upon a few inefficient volunteers. The self check in process was easy and common kitchenette also available. Ms Julia Roberts & Ms Patricia were totally unapologetic and non responsive to my queries. There was issue with water supply, issue with water filter, issue with no locks for washroom, issue with drying out clothes and plenty more! They both left deaf ears and with sarcastic attitude as well.
