Honestly find elsewhere if you can, they have washing services but it takes 12 hours to return your items, the shower head doesn't attach to the wall and when I figured out how to hang it to a towel rack within the shower so I could wash myself with both hands, they promptly changed the shower head on me... I'm still shocked. It wastes so much more water to do everything one handed... I've had nothing but positive stays in France so far but the airflow in this room was so bad I couldn't sleep
