Here at Misfits, our #1 goal is to make sure everyone who walks through our doors feels right at home and a part of our ever-growing family. We achieve this by bringing that old-school hostel vibe that backpackers have been craving back to life! This means that our days and nights are spent creating memories that last lifetimes instead of trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of travellers like other commercial “hostels” because it’s getting kind of ridiculous.
We are not a party hostel by any means but with that being said, whenever we do host events we do go full send so be prepared for the occasional best time of your life;) The majority of our focus is on providing activities that are fun, engaging, & most importantly culturally sensitive because what’s the point in coming to a foreign country just to do the same things that you can do back home or anywhere else in the world? All of our properties are tailor-made for their specific locations vibe, so every time you stay at a Misfits Hostel it will be a different adventure each time so you better check them all out.

Do you want to go exploring through awesome caves? We got you covered! Or maybe you want to go trekking through the beautiful mountains and meet the local hill tribe while learning how to make traditional dishes along with learning some handy survival skills? Already happening so make sure you sign up! Yes, we also understand how hot it can get so what better way to cool off than going rafting with our amazing local guides who grew up on these waters! These are just a few examples of the many options for adventure when staying with us!

This is a hostel, NOT a hotel & that means we will go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible but we also have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in regards to disrespect to our property and staff. We follow a strict mess-around-find-out protocol when dealing with undesired guests so do yourself a favour and don’t be one of those and we will all have the best time ever:)
1. Check-in from 14:00
2. Check-out before 12:00(noon)
3. Reception hours from 8AM - 11PM
4. Payment is due upon arrival by CASH
5. Cancellations must be done 48hrs in advance for free cancellation
6. No smoking in the rooms
7. Must be 18 years old or above
