Welcome to our cozy and quiet coliving space, located in a peaceful neighborhood just 3 kilometers from the city center. It takes approximately 20 minutes by metro to reach downtown, making our location perfect for those who appreciate both proximity to urban amenities and tranquility.
Our coliving offers ideal conditions for comfortable living. In the immediate vicinity, there are various restaurants, a supermarket, a fitness center, and free public street parking. For those who enjoy outdoor activities and fresh air, there are scenic parks nearby.
Inside the coliving, you'll find a friendly and serene atmosphere where you can work, relax, and socialize with interesting people. We offer fully equipped rooms, all with air conditioning, workspaces with Wi-Fi internet access, common areas for work and leisure, and all necessary amenities for comfortable living. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available at the reception, adding to the convenience and coziness.
For your convenience, we provide access to a printer, scanner, and copier. For entertainment, there is an Xbox available for colivers. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for tours of Sofia's attractions and custom trips throughout Sofia and Bulgaria, tailored to your desires.
An equipped kitchen is available for colivers who wish to prepare their own meals.
Please note that check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Payment is accepted in cash or via Revolut. The length of stay is unlimited.
