Welcome to Colo Colo, a new concept of accommodation for the most adventurous, active, and respectful travelers. If you're looking to feel like a local, experience the culture, and share the journey with other Citytrotters, this is the place for you—your 'Casita'.
Our Smart Hostel is located in the heart of Valencia, just minutes away from the Colón area, the Turia River, and the City of Arts and Sciences.
Colo Colo, The Smart Hostel, offers private beds designed in a 'Casita' format to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for our guests. These individual spaces are located in our shared sleeping area, providing you with the best rest and recharge experience possible. The hostel features 3 mixed dormitories, each accommodating approximately 20 beds.
Each Casita is equipped with the latest technology and sleeping materials: tablet and headphones, 100% cotton bedding, carefully selected mattress and pillow, and a locker with a smart lock.
In the Agora common area, you can connect with other travelers while enjoying the best unlimited free coffee. Plus, at Colo Colo, we’ll provide the best routes and recommendations so you can focus only on enjoying the moment.

House rules:
- Check-in opens from 14:00
- Check-out until 11:00
- Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00, and security with video surveillance is operational 24 hours
- Lights in the sleeping area go off at 23:00; we value silence and good rest for our Citytrotters
- The Agora common area will remain closed from 23:00 to 08:00
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the Smart Hostel
- Please keep food and non-alcoholic beverages within the Agora and not in the Casita and/or sleeping area
- Save space in your suitcase, no need to bring a towel! At Colo Colo, you can rent one for €5 during your entire stay.

** The 6 Premium private beds are located in our shared sleeping area with 28 beds, equipped with the latest technology and rest material: a tablet, headphones, plug & USB port, bedding, carefully chosen big mattress and pillows, drawer and, a smart locker.
** Casitas are private single beds located in our shared sleeping area (28 beds) equipped with technology and rest material: tablet, headphones, plug & USB port, cotton bedding, carefully chosen single mattress and pillow, a drawer, and, a smart locker.
Colo Colo Policy and Condition:
General Cancellation Policy
We offer two types of cancellation options when booking:
- Free Cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge more than 5 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation made 5 days or less before arrival or No Show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. *Payment will be charged 4 days before check-in. If the payment cannot be successfully processed within 48 hours, the reservation may be cancelled.
- Non-Refundable:
If you choose this rate, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. *Payment must be successfully processed within 48 hours; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
Check-in from 14.00
Check out before 11.00.
Payment upon arrival by credit card. This property may preauthorize your card before arrival.
