Our Story
My family name is PHAM. That's why I named my place PHAM. It can be considered a unique lovely small hotel located in the heart of the city, or a homestay, or simply a house where you feel like you're at your own home.
From here you are only a 5-minute walk to the center of the city such as the Grand Theatre and Hai Phong Railway Station.
I care most about the guests' experience - how to make them feel welcomed, cared for, relaxed, comfortable, and respected while staying at PHAM.
The concept is to create a very clean, airy space, fully equipped, centrally located, spacious, functional, and affordable. That's why each room has 02 main windows and almost everything you need in the room.
Our house has a total of 6 lovely rooms. Each room has nice windows, an ensuite bathroom, a spacious wardrobe, air-conditioning for cooling only, a comfy bed with good pillows, and bathroom amenities.
The steel staircase is beautifully designed. (There is no elevator)
