1. Cancellation policy: The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel anytime after making a reservation.
2. Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 11:00 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival by UPI, Credit/Debit Card & Cash
5. Reception working hours.8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, If you are arriving late, please inform us before 6:00 PM.
6. Age Restriction:18 to 40.
7. Taxes not included. 12% to 18%.
8. Breakfast not included.
9. No pets.
10. No loud music after 10 PM
Note: December 22nd - Jan 2nd is the peak period in Varkala due to the festival season. We will be collecting a deposit to secure bookings during this period.
Tent in private room Category is camping tent which is set up in the garden with shared bathroom facilities. Please don't confuse them with Private Rooms.
